Return and Refund Policy

You have 2 days from when you receive your item to decide if you want to return it. If you do, here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have its tags on.
• Keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
•  Mandate: Parcel Unboxing Video
• To claim a refund or replacement for damaged, incorrect, or missing items, an unboxing video is strictly mandatory.
  Continuous Shot: The video must be single, unedited, and without any cuts.
  Show the Label: Clearly show the shipping label and tracking details before opening.
  Open on Camera: Film the actual opening of the sealed package and inspection of the clothing item in real-time.
   
  No Video = No Refund/Replacement.
• Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Start a Return:

• First you have to login in Website with Email id then in your order you will find Return Option for 2 days after delivery & Create Return Request.

• You can contact us after we receive your returned product if you have any questions or concerns.

Damaged or Wrong Item:

• If you get a damaged, defective, or the wrong item, contact us immediately.

Items You Can’t Return:

• We can’t take back personalized or hazardous items, beauty products, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges:

• If you want something different, return what you have and buy the new item separately.

European Union 14-Day Return:

• If you’re in the European Union, you can return anything within 14 days, no questions asked.

Refunds:

• We’ll check your return and notify you about your refund. It might take a bit for your bank to process it (Usually 7 to 10 days).
